Contacting us
To terminate a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so as set out in clause 12, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel as soon as possible. The best way to do this is to contact our customer services team by telephone on +44 (0)330 353 0196, however, if your order has already been dispatched you will need to wait for you goods to arrive and follow the returns procedure.
